• Design, develop and maintain computer software using computer languages such as .Net, ASP .Net, C#, VB .Net, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting etc.
• Work on RDBMS such as SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle, MySQL etc.
• Create high-level technical framework architecture and development as well as business functionality.
• Create business and technical design documents.
• Perform Business Analysis and develop the following technical specifications:
  • data modeling
  • class design
  • UI components and layer
  • XML structures
• Frontend programming using MS .Net framework through ASP .Net and C#.
• Perform backend programming using SQL/TSQL queries.
• Create ETL scripts by using MS SQL Server Integration Services for importing/exporting data from various heterogeneous sources.
• Use MS SQL Analysis Integration Services to develop data warehouse based on project requirements.
• Architecture and lead development of Reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services, real-time reporting system that provides just in time intelligence for all business processes.
• Establish coding guidelines and standards for object oriented and component-based development with maintainability, reusability, and performance in mind.
• Write high level specifications based on business requirement documents.
• Mentoring the development team and supporting the development environment and testing.
• User requirement gathering and gap analysis.
• Unit/integration testing following the software engineering development life cycle standards.
• Provide support for analyzing project requirements, Project plan, scope constraints and detailed plan for development activities, resource planning, project status tracking and reporting.

• Work closely with Business Owner, Project manager, subject matter experts and system architecture to define business requirements and create business requirements documents for signoff and agreement.
• Liaison between business and software engineers in developing automated solutions.
• Provide technical and functional support for the project team, participating in requirement analysis and documentation reviews.
• Create functional specification of the requirements as listed in the product requirements documents.
• Create measurable and testable requirements that will be used to determine engineering design.
• Participate effectively in team meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution.
• Assist Product Management with gathering and tracking business and functional requirements, write detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Lead requirements definition, conceptual design, and functional design activities to meet client requirements.
• Create UML Diagrams – Use cases, Activity, Class and sequence diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Accommodate and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) session, proposed alternative tasks, benefits, determined if qualitative/quantitative standards are met.
• Use UML in designing use case diagrams, class diagrams, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and collaboration diagrams using Visio.
• Responsible for change management while effectively planning, creating, tracking and releasing a project or product.
• Assist the Project Manager to define tasks and sources to create Project Scheduling.
• Work with QA team to document the requirements for testing environment and create Test Cases.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
• Ability to identify business rules and recommend better ways of management is required.
• Strong Communication skills.
• PowerPoint, Visio and Excel knowledge helpful.

• Involved in developing new existing technology solutions using Software Programming Applications.
• Responsible for development life cycle of a project to include helping to plan, design, develop, test and produce documentation.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, EE, CE, Engineering (any branch) or related.
• 1 year of experience in .net application development, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Sql Server, Visual Studio.
• Ability to work with Sql Server databases using T-SQL.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Technical domain relating to the support, development or configuration of enterprise software.
